This pretty much answers my question, they look like the original Crash & Burn airlines:

Trigana Air has had 14 serious incidents since it began operations in 1991, losing 10 aircraft in the process, according to the Aviation Safety Network.

It has been on a European Union blacklist of banned carriers since 2007. All but four of Indonesia's certified airlines are on the list.

It was almost ready to land apparently, and they even sent a plane over its path to check but the weather was bad. Hopefully they'll find some indication soon.

Check out the terrain to the East of Oksibil (destination).

This is the same route as the missing (crashed ATR) plane.

I'm sure this pilot is playing a little "show biz" for the camera, going down the canyons etc. But still, the terrain looks pretty unforgiving...and the crash site is supposedly 7 miles East of the airport.
