    DON'T install new iPhone update

I started to install new update, 10.0, and four hours later I'm at central iPhone store hoping I can even get back my data.

Yeah that's Apple for ya. Stay away from their products.

They deliberately release bulky updates that slow down or severely stuff up older models. If you have a newer one then it was probably just buggy.

I have apple everything, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, mac air. My son worked for them for a while, so he started me on the path. i really love the simplicity of it all.
My warranty ran out 2 months ago, but they are going to replace my phone at no cost, so I love the service.

They replaced my watch at no cost after I banged my wrist and knocked the face off.

I upgraded both my iPhone 6 and iPad Mini 2 recently with no problems. The older models are running fine with the new OS.
Bugs do occasionally happen during the update process, so it's always a good idea to back up your phone to your Mac first.

No issues here at all, many different devices all smooth and easy.
The delay is probably just iCloud backup, music and photos take a fair while if you have alot and depending and the wifi as well.
