The Environmental Code seeks to create an enabling legal and policy environment that will make it possible to achieve environmental protection while supporting sustainable development for*Cambodia. The Code will require legal provisions to strengthen the conservation of natural resources and wildlife, build climate resilience, promote the use of renewable and environmentally friendly energy, and build sustainable cities with the capacity to deal with air and waste pollution.
As part of the Environmental Code development process, the Ministry of Environment invites you to attend the Second National Workshop on the Draft of the Environmental Code of Cambodia to raise issues, concerns, and other questions related to the Code.
