UNICEF Cambodia Country Office is looking for a consultant to conduct the end line assessment of the project “Improving Maternal, Newborn and Child Health among deprived populations in Cambodia”.
Under supervision of the Health Specialist of Child Survival and Development, the consultant will work closely with relevant project key counterparts at national and sub-national level.

  4. Financial proposal: All-inclusive lump-sum cost, indicating daily/monthly rate (in US$) to undertake the terms of reference above (including travel and daily subsistence allowance, if applicable). Applications submitted without a daily/ monthly rate will not be considered.
