Seeking for a engineering firm to implement the rehabilitation of canals through engineering design, contract management and supervision of the construction based on the findings and recommendations of the PCG Feasibility Assessment.
In collaboration with our partner Johanniter and under financial support from German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), SCW implements a 4 year project between 1st March 2016 to 28th February 2020 to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities in Kratie and Stung Treng provinces in the northeast of Cambodia.
This announcement is to look for a service provider to coordinate and facilitate the implementation of proposed irrigation canals and reservoir rehabilitation works through assessments, engineering design, contractor management and construction supervision under the direct supervision of SCW. All work must be done in collaboration with the Kratie Provincial Department of Water Resources and Meteorology (PDOWRAM) and the relevant commune/ village chiefs
Interested firm(s) are required to submit a proposal based on the ToR, including

  • cover letter
  • rationale, methodology, time line and budget
  • relevant experience on engineering works
  • CVs of team members
