The Arbitration Council Foundation seeks a talented and experienced Cambodian national for a position of TRAINING and LIAISON OFFICER. These are challenging and rewarding positions with a high level of responsibility
1.* Key duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise both internal and external stakeholder in planning and organizing trainings and events.
  • Undertake logistics and administration for trainings and events both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist MTC in planning and budgeting for training and outreach activities.
  • Assist in assessing the training priorities for both internal and external stakeholders.

2.* Skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, in English, business administration, laws or in a related field.
  • Good at written and oral communications both Khmer and English
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in coordination meeting, training, conference and other events
  • Experience with using computers and office software packages
