Sponsorship Officers (SOs), 7 positions
(These position are fixed-term contracts, 5 based in Ratanakiri and 2 based in Stung Treng)
Plan International’s global commitments are to ensure that sponsors receive timely and high-quality communications, Plan’s accountability for Sponsored Childrens (SCs), their families and communities that reflect the program work benefit for them. Plan aims to achieve this goal by working with staffs and volunteers and through high performing teams whose behaviors reflect the corporate values. Child Sponsorship is Plan’s main source of country support and income for delivering program. The Sponsorship Officer will supports, produces sponsorship products, maintain policies and ensure about 1,200-1,600 sponsors and sponsored children, ensuring performance in sponsorship against KPI’s and identifying/promoting best practice. The Sponsorship Officer will implement the activities listed above on behalf of Program Unit (PU) in communes, through the successful facilitation with Community Volunteers/Assistants and PU Sponsorship Team.
Sponsorship Coordinator (SPC)
(This position is fixed-term contract, based in Siem Reap)
S/he will support, implement and maintain global sponsorship processes and policies and ensure about 6,000- 9,000 sponsors and sponsored children, ensuring performance in sponsorship against KPI’s and identifying/ promoting best practices. S/he will coordinate the activities listed above on behalf of Program Unit (PU), through the successful coordination of the PU Sponsorship Officers and Secretaries in Sponsorship Team. S/he will also liaise with other members in the Program Unit and 18 National Offices.
Baseline Survey – Integration of Sexual Reproductive Health and Right in Technical Vocational Education Training Program
(Consultant)
This baseline survey will look into Knowledge, Attitude, Practice (KAP) of youths learning at three Technical, Vocational, and Educational Training (TVET) centers in Siem Reap (SRP), Ratanakiri (RTK), and Tboung Khmum (TBK) provinces, and assess accessibility, availability, and supportive health services located near TVET centers in TBK, Dambe, Ponhea Krek, Banloung, and SRP, and Operation Districts in TBK, SRP, and RTK provinces.
The project baseline survey objectives are:

  1. To measure practices of students learning at TVET center
  2. To measure KAP of students learning at TVET centers
  3. To assess the capacity of TVET centers providing soft skills and knowledge related to Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH) and Nutrition for students learning at TVET centers.
  4. To assess ASRH of health service providers at vicinity health center level.
