Police arrested a Royal Cambodian Armed Forces soldier and his accomplice for their alleged involvement in the armed robbery of a truck that was transporting garments, officials said Sunday. On Friday afternoon, two un*identified armed men held up a vehicle transporting garments along Nation*al Road 4 in Phnom Penh’s Pur Senchey district, kidnapping the driver, and redirecting the truck and its 12-meter long trailer containing garments to Kompong Speu province, said Chea Vanna, provincial minor crimes police chief. “The truck had originally been carrying clothes to Preah Sihanouk port before the holdup,” Mr. Vanna said, declining to reveal
