Burma and South Korea have become the latest countries to write to Prime Minister Hun Sen to congratulate him on winning the July 28 national election. The National Election Committee last week released the final election results, which gave Mr. Hun Sen’s ruling CPP 68 seats in the National Assembly, compared to the opposition CNRP’s 55. In a letter dated August 28 and posted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website Wednesday, Khin Aung Myint, speaker of Burma’s Upper House of Parliament, commends Mr. Hun Sen for “struggle to create peace, stability and democracy for your country.” In
