Police on Thursday charged a father and son for intentionally damaging CPP signs in Kompong Cham province after an argument broke out with another group of men who had attended a party to celebrate Pchum Ben, officials said. Sien Bunleang, 19, and his father, Sien Bunly, 41, were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly using hoes and sticks to tear down three CPP signs in Srei Santhor district’s Svay Por commune. “The court decided to put them in pretrial detention.
