Minister of Industry, Mines and En*ergy Cham Prasidh signed an ag*reement with Singa*pore’s Min*is*try of Trade and Industry on Monday to ex*change information in the energy sector on conservation, electricity regulation and renewable sources, ac*cording to statement from the Sin*gaporean ministry.* The memorandum of understanding—signed by former commerce minister Mr. Pra*sidh and S.
