The administrator charged with liquidating bankrupt mobile operator Mfone filed a complaint Tuesday with the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, requesting it to order two companies to pay money owed to Mfone after repayment negotiations apparently failed, the administrator said. Mobile payment service WING Cambodia Co. Ltd. owes Mfone $131,847, while telecommunications firm Telcotech owes $97,910, according to the complaint. “Mfone has an obligation to collect all the debts to pay creditors,” it states.
