Prime Minister Hun Sen will lead a delegation of senior government officials on a state visit this week to Vietnam, where they will meet with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and sign eight agreements to enhance bilateral cooperation, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
