Prime Minister Hun Sen and Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will break ground on January 14 with a 428-meter-long bridge spanning the Bak Dai River, linking Kandal province’s Koh Thom district with Vietnam’s An Giang province, Transport Minister Tram Iv Tek said Tuesday.
