    Todays storm

Tropical Storm Mangkhut dumped a lot of rain on us last night and earlier today. The usual areas in town get flooded and the residents are pretty resilient. Some areas the waters subside faster where as other areas have to wait till the flooding drains off. Pretty common through out the rainy season.

    Was Titanic under water?

I assume much of Sisowath Quay would have been flooded.

Looks like the kids are having the time of their lives. Sort of reminded me of Patong.
