    Happy Birthday USMC

    On November 10, 1775, The "Continental Marines" were established in Philadelphia Pa.

    Later to be renamed as the "United States Marine Corp."

    "Semper Fidelis".

    I guess for the same reason that some post about "Remembrance Day".

    The USMC was also involved in that war.

    I guess it could be argued that the U.S. started the Revolutionary War...and yes, we won!
