Any carpenters in Scotland for a project in next 2 weeks?

I need to get some whiteboard panels made for a workshop in Aberdeen. The materials are available at Home Depots in USA so there must be a UK equivalent. I have the plans, and examples from what I have built in USA and Thailand, but probably don't have time to do it myself even if arriving in Scotland a few days early. Any references are much appreciated and I can send pics and plans etc. needs to be done before May 19th. Probably 20 hours work in a garage or workshop then delivery to Thistle hotel near ABX. Cheers, Robaht

Sorry, I can't recommend anyone that far north.

The whiteboard panels, do you mean the type for writing on? or just white MDF panels?

You could try here Whiteboard-shop.co.uk, The no-nonsense whiteboard specialist

Also, I could really use some help about where to source the whiteboard part of it. This is an example Thrifty White 32 sq. ft. Hardboard Panel Board-709106 at The Home Depot and I have looked at Homebase.co.uk but can't seem to find it specifically (though I can get the wood for frames, etc. from them). Are there any other good online DIY store someone might recommend?

    Thanks, Robaht

Jewson is a more trade related supplier rather than home DIY place. You will probably get what you're looking for in Jewson

Probably best to contact a local firm or local joiners to carry out the work you need. Local trade advertising or google throws up plenty of options
