Maybe for anybody interested in American west history, TLH?
Excellent story about the Navajos, Kit Carson and the true story's of the conquest of California by the United States. Some classic lines and it includes many western adventurers, generals, explorers...."back in those days, there were no outlaws..theys was no laws to be outside of" lol

All the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child are an excellent read.
Haven't read a boring one yet.

I read many of athe Reacher books, but not for a few years now. They are definitely not boring but sometimes stretches the realm of believability. Give Robert Crais a try or Michael Connelly....they are all terrific reads.

You'd enjoy Mark Greaney's 'Gray Man' books and Vince Flynn's 'Mitch Rapp' series (best read in order).

Loved Vince Flynn. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us.

    Thanks for the tip Bill.
On my 3rd Michael Connelly novel now. An excellent read.

I see there is an Amazon series called Bosch, one of his characters from the books.
    Might be worth a look.

Bosch is an excellent series.....surprised you have not stumbled on it before now. Does not quite follow any of the books, but very well done nonetheless. I am certain you will enjoy it.
Glad you like the Connelly books......I have read maybe 20 of them, and they all have been very, very good.

    JLow is obviously extremely smart

But it really shows you how much connections mean

I honestly do the same type of deals those Goldman guys or even JLow did
But on a minuscule scale.....extremely minuscule
But I am not in that world

Just as you know...more than me probably

    It’s just selling
Know your product and be good with people

I may partner with my former trading assistant a few years down the line
He is a genius financial advisor and was a shit trader

I can’t tell you to buy ABC, he definitely can
But I can research his advice and know it as well as him and then sell it to you

But we ain’t got no Saudi connections
Will have to stick to bringing in some car dealer whales 5555
