Are England the most frustrating side in the world to support?

They promise so much, yet when it counts they fail. Scotland won today because they wanted it more, got their tactics spot on and fully deserved their win.

After only 20 mins I feared the worst. Far too many turnovers and penalties concedes and when are England going to start playing backrowers in their correct positions?

Lawes is a lock, not a 6, Robshaw is a 6, not a 7, Hughes wasn't fit enough at 8. Drives me mad to see players out of position just to accommodate them in the team. You can bet Hansen wouldn't do it.

As for Ireland v Wales, neither were great defensively. Ireland look dangerous when Sexton and Murray played as they did today.
Is there a worse international 10 than Biggar? Spent most of the game, as usual throwing his hands up looking for free kicks and penaties. Not once did he set his backline off on an attack. Fcuking useless.

Thank God I can vent my frustration on Wales and Biggar.

I did warn you I could see Scotland winning... England have not looked right for a while. Where a year or so ago they all seemed to know their roles.. and the overall team plan looked cohesive... now they look like a bunch of individuals...

Ireland on the other hand look like each player knows what they should be doing...

    Gangnam style.

In other news Snor (moustache in Afrikaans) Peter du Plessis is coaching Zimbabwe.

He has one of the better records as Springbok coach.

^ That is a pretty long contract to give out. The SARU must be confident in him.
Good luck to him, he has a lot of work ahead.

I notice the All Blacks aren't mentioned much by the England team any more...

Congrats Ireland. Have been the most consistent team in the championship... and for me, on current form... the biggest threat to the All Blacks at the world cup... still a year is a long time... SA may yet come right... and England can get back into shape by then... and France always have a big game in them...

In saying all that... I fancy Ireland to lose next week to a hurting England side...

The wheels have really fallen off for EJ and England. Its almost as though he is digging in his heels and taking no notice of anyone with an opinion on his back row which is obviously not working.
Yesterdays game showed Cole in particular should have played his last game for England. He is almost stationary in the loose and offers nothing. Sinkler and Williams offer so much more.

Really disappointed but not surprised. Ireland on the other hand look a well balanced and formidable side. Congrats to them on the title and possible GS.

Honestly I am not coming to gloat. It was a great 6 nations and grand slam for us. Don’t think I know that the key to this was Johnny sextons last grasp drop goal against the French. Without that everything could have been so different. When Drico and Paul O Connell retired I thought it would be a long time before we saw a golden era in Ireland again. However this team play better than the 2009 team in my opinion.

Our strength in depth is also astonishing. Carberry and marmier coming on didn’t look out of place. Front row also was always a problem but a player who never played tight head before slotted in and held his own.

Kearney is back to his best and stock dale is one of the best attacking wingers in the world at the moment. He was suspect back in December for Ulster but what a turnaround even though defense could be improved.

Biggest losers of this tournament is England. 05th from winning
AST year is a disgrace and wal3s should have won their game if it wasn’t for a poor TMO decision. But a year and a half is a long time to change things if given a chance. So proud of Ireland and especially beating the hold enemy on saint patricks day o win triple crown, championship and grand slam is like a movie script.

I will say one thing though. The English rugby fans are amongst the nicest you will meet and are always great fun. They are polar opposite to their football counterparts even though I am the biggest spurs supporter. Unfortunately their fans when supporting their team are not to be beside.

I am not going to say anything about Eddie Jones but I hope he is choking on his scummy Irish comment.
