    Klitschko/Pianeta

Have seen Pianeta last week at a small amateur box-event in
    Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

For me it`s a great guy, stands with the feet on the ground,
modest enough to support his old amateur team. Even in the
time of preparation for his world champions fight tonight
    at 10:45 pm cet.

In germany show is on free tv.

You think he has a chance?

    Thanks for the heads up.

    Decent time at least.

Is this Klitschko the politician.....or his brother?

They are both engaged in politics in ukraine. But the brother Vitali more, he is now chairman from "Ukrajinskij demokratitschnij aljans sa reformy"
    and also member of parliament.

Seen the fight yesterday, Pianeta has lost in the 6th round by knockout. Was a fair fight, but back to my question, no
there was no chance for Pianeta. Klitschko was very polite after the fight, complimenting Pianeta.

It was a farce imo that Pianeta even got a title shot. Vladimir should be ashamed at taking an easy pay day like this, rather than fight a legitimate contender. Makes a mockery of the heavyweight division again imo...

If we come back to the fight, maybe you discuss heavyweight in general elsewhere.

I talked with a buddy who is in boxing business for over 40 years, he told me that
klitschko didn`t hit with the impact he is able to. Probably for that fight you have to
know that pianeta was also a sparring partner for klitschko, they have known him
    for years.

Thats imho part of the reason why he was bashing him so controlled.

Pianeta has suffered for testicular cancer for years. Maybe that guy dies on that.
For me the interpretation of that fight is, that they wanted to give him a chance,
with at least a charite for him.

    Thats great, isn`t it?

You may dislike Klitschko, but this guy is an olympia gold medail winner, he is champion
and it looks he has a good heart.

Don't dislike him....but worry a bit about Heavyweights who are also Politicians.

Just a personal thing when it comes up to weighing someones character

Well...according to what you posted....Klitschko didn't hit the guy so hard cos he's got testicular cancer.

That is just ridiculous and a total sham.

No one wants to watch a heavyweight fight and hear that....

Surely that's just a payday for both parties?

Thats my personal interpretation and knowledge.

The fight was regular in the rules of the
    responding boxing confederation.

Like your knowledge and attitude to sport, too.

But thats not humor. I think thats a great story and a lead story
to be interested in boxing sport make it more popular.
