    The Masters

Adam Scott seems to have put his hand up again, -3 today. I just saw the interview with him and he comes across as a really pleasant guy.

The course looks spectacular as usual so should be a great tournament. McIlroy is my pick but there seems to be a lot of players in good form.

It'd be nice to see him winning it sometime after his fcuk up a few years ago. He started good anyway.

McIlroy only just made the cut so will have to have a fairly special day today to get into contention. A few surprises not making the cut; Ernie Els, Luke Donald, McDowell, Garcia and others so Augusta having its say as usual.

Bubba Watson is 7 under but is too much of a wild card for me; should be a great weekend though.

Mickelson was the big surprise to me not making the cut...I thought he may even sneak it in this year based on his performance in the big ones last year

Sendon and Scott nicely placed just behind Bubba

I forgot about Mickelson then saw it on the TV this morning. He went from one bunker across the green into another bunker and then straight back into the first one; won't make the cut at the Masters like that. A shame really because he always seems like a nice guy and he does know how to win.

Tomas Bjorn in the mix too; he knows how to win. Should be a good weekend.

I play like Seve Balasteros, never on the fairway. only difference is that he made birdies and double birdies, I don't.
Others would say 'Army golf". left, right, left, right....
