    2014 Ryder Cup

Just doing a bit of research/recon on the Gleneagles venue, in Perthshire Scotland.

    http://www.rydercup.com/

    Wow...!

Looks like a great layout and should be a fun week to watch the matches.

It seems that Gleneagles is a bit "out in the boonies", and I was trying to figure out how everyone will be getting there. The USA team photo shows them arriving in Edinburg, which is still quite a ways from the Gleneagles resort. Maybe about an hour's bus ride or somtin' from there?

Still a bit weird knowing that "Tiger" is not on board, but...

Great teams, great venue, let the fun begin.

    Go Europe !!!

16-12 and hopefully Garcia or Rose will be top scorers

Well, so much for the 2014 Ryder Cup.

The U.S. team got their ass's handed to them on a fcuking platter!

Congrat's to the European team on some fine play.

some disappointing responses from the losing team...Mickelson and Bradley need to go have a long look at themselves in the hall of mirrors

Its one thing to lose with your head held high and another thing completely different to lose badly, blaming the captain (non playing) when it was clear that it was the players themselves who performed badly on the course

Tom Watson is a true Legend and Gentleman of the sport...those clowns discrediting him only show their own pettiness/selfishness in all of this

    I agree with that Nels'.

Some of these pampered primadonna's need to be taken down a few notches.

I understand that Mickelson didn't even travel with the team to get to Scotland...then spent one day "practicing" at a different course FFS!

They just don't seem to have the same unity and clarity of focus that the Europeans do.
