    Are there Turkeys in Thailand?

I'll be in Phuket during the (U.S.)Thanksgiving with a large group of Americans. My intention was to arrange for a traditional dinner for us.

Are fresh or frozen Turkeys available in Thailand? What does the American expat do there for Thanksgiving? Anything?

    Cheers

Normally you can get frozen ones in places like Makro...........just to be safe maybe go there to order a week before.

Bill at Summer Breeze always has a big Thanksgiving dinner. I would do something like that.......will be able to celebrate with fellow Americans and the price is right

Available at Makro Phuket - Butterballs or local ones (CP group grows them).

But Bill at Summer Breeze knows the drill - that'd be a whole lot easier than trying to source all the bits and pieces yourself.

PM here at Billpay or look for his banner.

Think that the Villa Market branches will also cook the meal for your with various sets of condiments. Haven't tried it myself though...

Turkeys are quite expensive in LOS whereas in the US the are close to free before Thanksgiving.
    I have brought over 15 in 2 trips. 10 each 10kg and 5 each 5kg.
