Soi Croc is a hole in the ground, well not really a hole, it was already a hole (step down below street level). It has been totally cleared down to the dirt, and is going to have to be totally rebuilt from the ground up. Who knows how it will actually turn out. Say a prayer for all the poor little refugee ladyboys this disaster leaves in it's wake, lol.

I was shown an artist/architect's planned vision for some fancy glass/nana-plaza structured walkway type of thing (but just two levels). That isn't that hard to picture given there was already two bars at the front above the bars below, so I imagine they want to take that further and make the whole thing two levels of bars.

I'll check back in 2020 when they finally get around to accomplishing something like that. In the meantime I'm betting money will dry up and it will just end up like it was but with the floor filled in to street level.

Thanks for the replies. Just saw a picture on facebook now, and the soi is just an empty slot now.
I also was thinking of the bar in the end of the soi, on the right (Boom Boom Bar)
and i can see in the Picture that it`s still there. The bar owner said they supose to open in the end of november this year.
