Face-melting weather: Thailand hottest country in ASEAN this week | Coconuts Bangkok

Its currently 34 degrees.. at 7:30 at night up north.. Online it says it was 39 peak, but mercury here put it over 40..

It only drops to about 25 at dawn..

Proper hot.. And I am moving house again..

Balmy! That's when I want to be staying on a boat, scuba diving four times a day. The heat doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I just sweat a lot and need to drink plenty of water.

I agree.. This time of year is shitty for me..

Not as shitty as non stop grey drizzle and rain.. But a close run..

I could handle the peaks, if it dropped off at night.. Its the 34 at 9pm thats energy sapping. Doesnt help I have a lot to get done and cant just lie in a pool..

The mains water went off 2 weeks ago and we have been told it won't come back until the rains come. The lake at the back of mine looks like this.....

Was it last year or the one before that I was down there for Songkran, Nels? It was pretty enjoyable, honestly. Do it for a day, have the fun, but be done with it. Having the superior firepower of ice cold water in the guns was a huge plus.
