Had a favorite breakfast place at the end of Sawatdirak Rd, Patong by the beach.
Great food and lovely people, had dozen's of meals there.

On the beach one day and wife went to the public toilet at the beach. Came back and said with a wry look on her face, "I met the lady from our restaurant in the toilet, she was washing all the restaurant dishes in the handbasins".

Another "Mai Pen Rai" moment and we had breakfast there next day and till the restaurant was wiped out. We were never ill.

Washing in a hand basin is a lot cleaner than washing in Bangkok flood water....
