    Phang Nga - a photo tour

    Head north from Phuket by car, toward Kao Lak, or Krabi and you pass through National Parks. Many travelers never stop to see what's in and around the small township of Phang Nga itself >

    Good pics Rob.

    Always found it to be a very atmospheric place especially as you drive in with the lime stone cliffs all around

    My first pics (above) were from the expansive Municipal Park although the largest limestone formations and caves are under the mountain which lies to the west, behind the town. A 1.2km underground river flows from one side to the other. The longtail photos are from a local 'James Bond Island' departure point.
