Did a search but only found stuff back in July last year.
I have no news.. The final summary is this.
We never found out why the webhost took the site down, it was very strange timing after Nickes passing it went offline so quickly. They refused to communicate with anyone but 'the legal owner'.
Nickes parents and Nickes wife had issues and a breakdown of communication. Disputes about things far more personal to them than just a web forum.
As far as I know various deals were proposed, accepted, denied, etc.. Lawyers were involved, even courts I heard at one point. What should have been simple because complex.
In the end the correct legal paperwork was never obtained. I also think given the enormity of what happened to all parties involved, the issue of a web forum, was fairly low down the list.
