Cross the street, Soi 8 under Adelphi suites you can have a fairly decent meal and a drink in Monsoon restaurant.
Not super like some restaurants I know, but price/quality OK.
Found a fantastic Italian not far from Erawan, but more expensive. Vitelo tonato and a fish baked. In a crust of seasalt...yummy

    You said Soi 11
Just cross Suk (best way is over the Skytrain station) and about 100 meters in the Soi.
Near Soi 11 but I understand if even that is to far.
