    You know... if I just saw that... I would have never of realised anything was wrong... at least they used the stairs and didn't just drop them from a great height... 55

    I think luggage handling is kind of like fast food prep. The shit that goes on behind the scenes is something you probably don't want to see.

    I think it probably happens to one extent or another everywhere..

    The real crime is doing it so brazenly and truly not giving a fuck about being seen to show so little care..

    I switched to hard sided luggage last year for these very types of situations...

    Actually sort of the opposite.. I have had multiple hard cases cracked and screwed at the corners. Where the shaped but soft luggage has lasted ages..

    In fact one I used to pull, back when I was a skint traveller.. I had a expensive samsonite jumbo that got the corner bashed.. And went and complained hard and they gave me a couple hundred buck refund.. From the airline not insurance.. After that ever flight I took, I made a damage report most of them paid.. Same damage every time.
