    Nha Trang

I'm going there in February for a few days.

Any tips or recommendations, especially for hotels?

Sorry mate, can't remember where we stayed last time but there are a plethora of good hotels along the waterfront there.
Sorry I can't recommend anything cheap or top value as I stayed at a largish place.
I find Vietnam is relatively good pricing for what you get anyway....and Nha Trang is a great spot, if not a little quiet compared to Bangla etc if you are looking for that type of entertainment.

too long ago for me to recommend hotels...however be aware that the vast majority of hotels do not allow guests in the room

I like Nah Trang...worked at Jeremy Stein's Diver's for a season there once....some good Viet Discos in the back streets and the Sailing Club next to Stein's is chocca with western chicks most nights in season

The long beach there is not much but some of the outer islands have nice beaches/water

Some of the best hotels in Nha Trang are the ultimate retreat after a long day of exploring Vietnam's rich culture for visitors. I'd recommend these well appointed accommodations including when visiting Vietnam:-

    Amiana Resort Nha Trang
    InterContinental Nha Trang
    Tuyet Mai Hotel
Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa
    Novotel Nha Trang
    Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang
    Asia Paradise Hote
Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa
    Tristar Hotel
    LegendSea Hotel
