    Entering Thailand with child

It will be the first time for me and the misses to enter Thailand with our little girl.(1year old in oct when we travel). She will still be on her E.U passport unless we get to the UK in the summer months to get her Thai passport. Will I have to take her through foriegn passport control or can the misses take her through the Thai passport zone seen she is her mother, or if she has her Thai passport at the time, could i get through the Thai customs if i was carrying her, save me a load of time

You could all go through thai. When I go with the missus (thai passport) I go through same line as her, saves some time

Carrying a child they'll probably call you up to the supervisors queue for quick service.

I just came back from Singapore, thanks to this thread, I simply walked straight through the Thai only customs bit, no queue. They had a chat with Alex, he made them all laugh, quick few Thai words to me and heh presto straight through!!! Excellent, only way I will go through from now on!!!

Good to know. Looking forward to not standing in line for up to a hour. Hopefully my little one has her Thai passport by then.

There is no reason to use a thai passport for her.. She can travel on her EU passport, and up to 7 years old she dont pay any overstay...
My son has done that almost every trip, and never a problem.
